Confidentiality
Information
you share with me will not be shared with anyone without your written
consent. You will be notified by me if information is requested by
court order or state law. Exceptions to the rule of confidentiality
include: a potential harmfulness to yourself or to others; suspected
serious child abuse and/or neglect of a child or abuse of an elder.
Energy Medicine Disclaimer
Energy
medicine as a holistic health practice is a personal choice in
self-discovery and self-remembrance which only you can make for yourself. My role as a
practitioner is to hold space for you to spontaneously grow and return to full
health. I make no promises about what will happen if you use my
services. By receiving my services you understand that you are not
receiving medical or psychiatric diagnosis, treatment, or prescription
in any way. If you are physically or mentally ill, you should be
working with licensed medical practitioners.
If
you experience any discomfort that you believe is a result of energy balancing, please communicate this experience to me. It is your
responsibility to communicate with me if the session feels incomplete.
Some issues may require additional consultations or a referral to
another health care practitioner.
48-Hour Cancellation/No Show
The
time reserved for you is your time. Please provide 48 hours advance
notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. The full
session fee may be charged for missed sessions without such
notification.
Emergency Procedures
If
you are an existing client and think or feel you are in a crisis
situation between sessions, please call 415.298.4884 and leave a
message. If you require immediate assistance, please call your local
crisis hotline or 911. I will be happy to spend several minutes with
you over the phone. Any conversation that exceeds 10 minutes is
considered a healing session.
